HAPPY 2012! HOPE YOUR HOLIDAYS WERE FILLED WITH FUN!THANKS: We had a great turn out for the Holiday Sing-along with our morning classes. We also had many parents at our “Breakfast with Santa” parties. It is great to visit with so many families at this time. Also, big thanks for all of the yummy treats and coffee cakes sent in over the holidays. We enjoyed them! Most of all, we really appreciated the opportunity to spend time and share the holiday season with your children. NO SCHOOL: There will be no preschool or kindergarten classes on Monday, the 16th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Day care will be open.
SCHOOL CLOSINGS: With winter upon us let me remind you of our policy when schools are closed or delayed due to snow. If Beavercreek Schools are closed, then Evergreen preschool and kindergarten is canceled. However, we are open for day care. If the public schools are on a delay with nothing canceled, we will begin all our classes at the usual time of 9:00. If Beavercreek Schools are on a delay and cancel their public preschool, Evergreen preschool is NOT CANCELLED and we will begin at our usual time. In other words, our preschool will not delay, and we will not cancel unless the public schools close. In some extreme weather it may be necessary for us to close for day care as well. Listen and watch WDTN or WHIO for frequent cancellation listings.
TAX TIME: Attached you will find a W-10 tax form. This form contains the tax information many of you will need to claim a credit on your tax return for childcare expenses. This form, however, does not list a total amount paid. Please let Jill know if you would like a receipt for a year’s end total by returning the slip below to the tuition check box. ************************************************************************** YES, I WOULD LIKE A RECEIPT FOR THE TOTAL TUITION I PAID FOR THE YEAR 2011.
